Things We Live and Breathe by at Busy Bees Christian PreSchool

  1. Jesus Christ is our King, and Busy Bees exists to bring glory to Him. Helping the children we serve come to salvation in Christ is why we exist.
  2. Each Busy Bees team member is an ambassador of Christ and should conduct themselves accordingly. We might be the only exposure our families and children get to the gospel. Helping our team members grow in their relationships with Christ is important to us.
  3. We depend on referrals, and those are dependent upon us delivering customer service that goes far beyond what they expect and what is delivered by other preschools and daycares. We need to consistently create “Wow!” experiences for our customers. We should approach each encounter with a customer as an opportunity to solve a problem, share a concern, and go the extra mile.
  4. Innovation is expected at Busy Bees. We all should constantly be thinking about how to make the experience better for our customers.
  5. Busy Bees will be led and managed by responsible business principles which satisfy the needs of customers and employees while providing a profit for the owners.
  6. We are a team of early childhood education specialists, and we strive to bring the best and most appropriate teaching methods to our school while conducting ourselves as professionals each day. Helping each other get the job done is what we do.
  7. We are in the people development business, and the growth and development of our team members is important to us. Management will strive to create fair policies which attract the best people, give them challenging assignments, and reward them for outstanding performance.
  8. The safety of the children we serve is of utmost importance. We will develop, train, and adhere to policies which ensure safety.
  9. Prayer is our most powerful weapon, and should be an integral part of Busy Bees. Pray for each other as well as the children and families we serve.
  10. Open communication is key, and employees are encouraged to share concerns with management. Likewise, management will strive to openly communicate decisions and policies with employees and customers in a consistent and timely manner. Communication should occur in a spirit of love, humility, and respect.
