Assistant Director
Busy Bees Christian Preschool desires an Assistant Director who will uphold our vision and mission. This individual will be first and foremost a team player, understanding that he or she will wear many "hats" during the day. The Assistant Director must be kind, friendly, helpful, responsible, creative, and must possess good communication and teaching skills. The Assistant Director will provide training and direction for all child staff, be the primary overseer and implementer of ongoing curriculum assessment and improvement, oversee staff scheduling, and assist the Director with a variety of tasks. Lead Teachers
Busy Bees Christian Preschool desires Lead Teachers who will uphold our vision and mission. These individuals will be first and foremost team players who can interact with support teachers, administration, parents, and children. Lead Teachers will need to be kind, patient, creative, and energetic, must love children, and must possess the abilities necessary to design lessons plans that incorporate our curriculum and to guide a classroom of Support Teachers and children. Lead Teachers will be responsible for creating an exciting and effective learning environment and for coordinating classroom tasks with their Support Teachers. Lead Teachers will also be a part of training Support Teachers for future Lead Teacher positions. This individual needs to be first and foremost a team player who will positively interact with teachers, administration, and vendors. Our Cook needs to be kind, friendly, and efficient. He or she will need to have an understanding of institutional food preparation and nutrition (especially as it relates to children), and must be able to plan a menu that wisely uses the available budget.
