Jessica Isfalt: Baby Bees Lead Teacher
Jessica graduated from Farmington High School. She attends Calvary Baptist Church in Fayetteville and enjoys working in the church nursery. Jessica has three years of experience working with infants and over five years experience working with two to six year olds, both in nannying and preschool settings.

Melissa Gross:Wee Bees Lead Teacher
Melissa Gross is orginally from Prairie Grove where she graduated from high school in 1998. She is currently pursuing a degree in criminal justice. Melissa believes that she can make a difference in every child's life. Melissa has 6 1/2 years of child care experience. She has two children, one who has down syndrome. Melissa feels her two children are a blessing from God and she has learned that anything is possible. Melissa and her family attend Church of Christ. She is committed to providing children with academic and spiritual learning to build them for success with Christ.
Nicki Nodine: Wee Bees Assistant Teacher
Nicki recently joined Bus Bees. She hs 5 years of child care experience. She has been happily married for 5 years and has a 4 year old son who attends Busy Bees. Her family attends Springdale Christian Church. Nicki loves working at Busy Bees because she gets the opportunity to provide a safe and loving place where she can minister to children and share the love of God.
Cindy Dewberry: Little Bees Lead Teacher
Cindy was born and raised in Springdale, AR. She loves children and loves being able to teach Bible lessons and seeing children grow in Christ. She is delighted to work in a solid, Christian environment. She loves teaching the A Beka curriculum and is very delighted that her own preschooler is enrolled in the program.
Christy Taylor: Little Bees Assistant Teacher
Christy Taylor has 6 years experience in childcare, and her own son attends Busy Bees. She enjoys teaching the Little Bees the biblical truths that they can apply to the rest of their lives. Christy believes that the best thing about Busy Bees is, “calm and loving Christian atmosphere.” Christy is currently in the process of obtaining her CDA.
Beckie Moore: Honey Bees- Blue Lead Teacher
Beckie Moore has taught 4 and 5 year olds for over 2 years. She enjoys helping them learn about our Lord and seeing their faces light up when they catch on to a new concept. Beckie feels that she has been called here to ensure your Honey Bees get a well-rounded education from a Christian perspective. Miss Beckie has had a lot of experience readying children for Kindergarten and life, and she is honored to have the opportunity to teach your children, as well.
Katie Drake:Honey Bees- Red Lead Teacher
Katie has 4 years of experience teaching preschool. She has two children of her own that attend Busy Bees. Katie enjoys planning lessons and activities that encourage children to develop their creativity. She also enjoys teaching Bible lessons and helping children to understan Christ's love for them. Katie is currently in the process of obtaining her CDA.
